USDC WORK, end to end
A complete walkthrough — from connecting your wallet to receiving payment. If anything's unclear, the FAQ at the bottom covers the rest.
The flow, step by step
- Step 1
Connect Phantom
USDC WORK is wallet-native. Click Connect Phantom in the top-right. Your wallet address is your identity — no email, no password.
- Step 2
Describe your task
Go to Post Work. Fill in a clear Title, the Requirements (what 'done' looks like), an optional image, and the USDC Price you'll pay.
- Step 3
Deposit to escrow
Approve a USDC transfer in Phantom for the exact reward amount. Funds move to our treasury wallet on Solana and are held until the task is resolved.
- Step 4
Workers browse and pick it up
Your task appears on the Browse page. Anyone with a wallet can read it and start working.
- Step 5
Worker submits proof
When done, the worker submits a description and link/file proving completion from their own wallet.
- Step 6
Our team verifies
We compare the submission against your Requirements. If it meets them, it's approved. If not, it's rejected and the next submission is reviewed.
- Step 7
Worker is paid
Once approved, the USDC reward is released from escrow to the worker's wallet. The on-chain payout signature is recorded on the task.
Get things done, on your terms
- You define the requirements — the worker has to meet them.
- Your USDC is held in escrow, not given to a stranger up front.
- If no acceptable submission arrives, you can request a refund.
Do the work, get paid in stablecoin
- You see the exact price up front — paid in USDC, not platform credits.
- Funds are already locked in escrow before you start.
- Payout lands directly in your Phantom wallet after approval.
Every deposit goes to a single, publicly verifiable Solana wallet. You can audit every inbound and outbound transfer on-chain.
